Well, kickoff has come and passed, and now we know the name of the game! Lunacy seems appropriate, considering the different types of people that FIRST attracts, from the engineering geniuses to the computer challenged. Here at DART, we are working very hard, designing our robot, training the new members, and hunting for the goose grease. So, it’s safe to say, this will definitely be an interesting year, and after so long, can we expect any different from FIRST?

The Krispy Kreme sales are over. Despite the diets and lack of available funds for the average worker, we managed to scrape in $803 from doughnuts, coffee, and gift cards. One down, two to go!
Aquick update for the robot. Even though I'm not a builder, I'd break the poor robot, I do know we are seriously behind schedule. Programming is sketchy at best, and the robot? Well, he doesn't even have a name yet. We do have the concept, though I don't think I'm supposed to tell just yet. We have been having trouble, but we're back on track and are determined to make it to the Florida regionals!
